Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs.
• Experience with PLM, stage-gate processes, and NPD/NPI.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product development and NPI programs from concept through release.
• Drive PLM governance, stage-gate milestones, and executive reviews.
• Coordinate between Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Product Management.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules, risks, issues, and decision records.
• Prepare executive summaries, dashboards, and program reports.
