SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of Shark Beauty products at our Needham, MA headquarters, from concept to mass production. You will partner with engineering, design, and marketing to translate consumer needs into compelling specifications and ensure successful launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product development or product marketing.
• Experience with consumer goods or outdoor category preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Drive new product development for Shark Beauty at Needham, MA from concept to mass production.
• Manage day-to-day project progress and report milestones, issues, and deliverables; partner with senior leadership on category direction.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate with engineering, industrial design, and marketing to translate consumer needs into product specs.
• Leverage Insights & Intelligence to incorporate consumer feedback throughout development.
• Work with quality and testing teams to define and execute performance testing protocols.
• Manage product costs and coordinate with supply chain for launches.
• Support creation of go-to-market content, including specs and materials.
• Collaborate with customer support and quality teams to develop post-launch FAQs.
