Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a Produce Team Lead to supervise and delegate tasks to the Produce Team Members, ensuring high standards of retail execution and customer service.

You will train staff with learning checklists, maintain clean shelves, manage inventory, and mentor team members to sustain a high‑performance, collaborative environment. The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Produce Team Members.
• Trains Team Members with learning checklists and training materials.
• Keeps cases and shelves clean, stocked and properly rotated.
• Opens and closes department according to procedures.
• Ensures all necessary breaks are given.
• Communicates team concerns to Team Leader and Associate Team Leader.
• Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution.
• Encourages a positive, high‑morale team environment.
• Directs Team Members to meet customer needs and delight customers.
• Mentors and counsels Team Members to sustain a high‑performance team and minimize turnover.
• Provides timely performance evaluations.
• Models WFM vision and goals.
