Responsibilities

• Supervise and delegate tasks to Produce Team Members.
• Train Team Members with learning checklists and materials.
• Keep cases and shelves clean, well-stocked and rotated.
• Open and close department per established procedures.
• Ensure all necessary breaks are given.
• Communicate team concerns to Team Leader.
• Set and achieve high standards of retail execution.
• Foster a positive environment with strong morale.
• Respond to customer needs and inquiries promptly.
• Provide performance evaluations and feedback.
• Model Whole Foods Market vision and goals.
