Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Produce Team Members.
• Trains Team Members with training materials to build a high-performance team.
• Keeps cases and shelves clean, stocked, and rotated.
• Opens and closes department according to procedures.
• Ensures breaks are given and communicates concerns to leaders.
• Maintains high standards of retail execution and customer service.
• Mentors Team Members to reduce turnover and improve performance.
• Provides timely performance evaluations and contributes to department goals.
