Responsibilities

Hire, train, scheduling, and supervise staff to ensure productivity and adequate staffing levels.
Plan and allocate tasks and resources to meet production goals.
Monitor operational processes to ensure SOPs and regulatory compliance.
Ensure products meet quality standards and take corrective actions when needed.
Track KPIs and report output, attendance, and incidents to inform decisions.
Address employee issues and implement corrective actions.
Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to reduce waste and risk.
Liaise between management and frontline staff and ensure smooth information flow.
Balance staffing and overtime to meet department goals.
Attend Gemba walks with management to escalate concerns.
