Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Fullerton, CA is seeking a Production Supervisor- Heat Treat, 2nd Shift to lead daily manufacturing operations on the shop floor, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery, and productivity.

You will supervise hourly staff, coach and develop employees, manage attendance and staffing, and drive continuous improvement using Lean, 5S, and Howmet Business System while maintaining compliance with policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years related manufacturing experience.
• Experience supervising hourly manufacturing employees.
• U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, cost and productivity goals.
• Supervise, coach and develop hourly employees on the shop floor.
• Manage attendance, staffing, and overtime; monitor training and qualifications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean methods (Lean, 5S, TOC) and Howmet Business System.
