Responsibilities

Oversee daily operational activities and manage teams in a 1st shift.
Plan and allocate tasks to meet production goals and staffing needs.
Monitor processes for policy/SOP/compliance alignment.
Ensure products meet quality standards and implement corrective actions.
Track KPIs, prepare output/attendance/incidents reports, and use data for decisions.
Address employee issues and escalate as needed; coordinate cross-area support.
Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to reduce waste and risk.
Act as liaison between management and frontline staff; conduct briefings.
