Job summary

JGM is seeking a Processing Foreman to lead a crew in a modern, crane-served processing bay with CNC drilling, cutting, coping, and plate processing equipment. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time material flow from shop floor to field, while mentoring Operators and driving continuous improvement.

This role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of fabrication equipment, and a lean mindset to eliminate waste and standardize best practices across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in fabrication/processing environments.
• Experience with Tekla/PowerFab software and training others.
• Knowledge of structural fabrication equipment capabilities.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Ability to motivate a crew and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a positive, disciplined work environment aligned with JGM values and safety.
• Oversee processing operation including equipment scheduling and uptime.
• Lead complex setups and crew troubleshooting across CNC equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of Tekla/PowerFab and train team on its use.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality requirements, driving continuous improvement.
