Job summary

JGM is seeking a Fabrication Foreman to lead daily production across our manufacturing sites. This hands-on leadership role requires driving safety, quality, and schedule adherence while guiding a crew of 10–25 welders, fitters, and fabricators. You will plan work, solve issues, and ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes teaching, coaching, and adherence to LEAN practices, with strong communication to Plant Superintendent and shop leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production crews in manufacturing or fabrication environments.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and interpret production instructions.
• OSHA 30 certification or in progress per company plan.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with a team-first mentality.

Responsibilities

• Drive fabrication operations with focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Lead crews of 10–25 welders, fitters, and fabricators daily.
• Plan weld sequencing and fit-up to minimize distortion and rework.
• Enforce daily pre-task plans and safety rules, including PPE and LOTO.
• Coordinate workflow with processing, materials handling, and shipping.
• Coach Leads and develop bench strength within the organization.
• Maintain clear communication with Plant Superintendent and leadership.
