Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies in the United States seeks a Project Manager to guide engineers and professionals in designing, building, and managing complex water treatment projects within the Industrial Market portfolio. You will coordinate all activities from contract signature to startup, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and communicate status to clients and Veolia leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics, or equivalent field.
• PMP certification or ability to obtain it within one year.
• Ten years of experience managing projects including equipment supply and construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversees delivery of water treatment equipment projects from initiation through completion.
• Defines clear project objectives and contract execution plans.
• Maintains plans for scope, budget, schedule and milestones.
• Coordinates project team and ensures priorities and responsibilities are understood.
• Collaborates with customers, suppliers and internal teams to meet contractual and technical requirements.
• Escalates issues affecting cost, schedule, scope or quality.
• Monitors progress with regular reviews and internal reports; adjusts plans as needed.
• Identifies and manages project risks and opportunities.
• Oversees changes and supports claims management as required.
• Participates in technical meetings and project reviews.
