Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical engineering manufacturing experience (biosynthetic drug substance and/or sterile drug product operations).
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and driving capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop engineering staff through performance reviews and succession planning.
• Oversee capital projects from concept through close-out in coordination with process, automation, plant, and project engineering.
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining compliance, tracking KPIs, and removing barriers to performance.
• Set standards for engineering rigor and apply First Principles across LP2 engineering areas.
• Collaborate with site leadership on long-term master plan and recapitalization efforts.
