Qualifications

• Ph.D. in chemical engineering with 8+ years of experience or MS with 15+ years.
• Experience developing chemical processes from mid-development to commercialization.
• Experience with technical transfer of processes into manufacturing.
• Pharmaceutical sector experience is desirable; active ingredient development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead unit operation development and process optimization for synthetic drug candidates.
• Manage cross-disciplinary teams of chemists, scientists, and engineers.
• Apply continuous processing, PAT, and modeling to scale-up and tech transfer.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners for robust drug substance manufacturing.
• Guide regulatory discussions to enable clinical studies and filings.
