Hargrove Engineers & Constructors in Houston, TX seeks a Principal Process Engineer to provide technical direction and lead a team of engineers and designers on complex process design projects. You will drive safe, efficient, and compliant solutions for major capital programs.

Responsibilities include delivering design deliverables on schedule and within budget, developing scope and criteria, and coordinating with disciplines to ensure quality outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Chemical, Mechanical, Biochemical, or Petroleum Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineering registration or CPIP certification highly preferred.
• 10 to 15 years of relevant industrial process design experience.
• Ability to lead a small team on major capital projects and deliver on commitments.
• Strong knowledge of CAD drafting standards and process safety practices.

Mansioni

• Supervise and provide technical direction to engineers and designers as Lead Engineer.
• Deliver process engineering deliverables on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.
• Develop design criteria, conceptual layouts, and cost studies for capital projects.
• Prepare equipment and construction specifications and manage project controls.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and support inter-disciplinary alignment.
