Hargrove seeks an experienced Senior Process Engineer to lead process engineering on capital projects for chemical, petrochemical, refining, and industrial manufacturing clients. You will drive safe, practical, and innovative process solutions while guiding multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes design safety, reliability, operability, and cost‑effective execution with a focus on process hazard analysis, PHAs, and startup support. Travel to client sites is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Chemical, Mechanical, Biochemical, or Petroleum Engineering from an accredited university is required.
• Experience leading process engineering efforts on capital projects from concept through execution.
• Professional Engineering registration or CPIP certification is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead process engineering activities for capital projects across chemical, petrochemical, refining, and industrial manufacturing facilities.
• Serve as Process Lead on large capital projects and multiple concurrent projects.
• Develop and review process deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, material & energy balances, equipment datasheets).
• Perform and review advanced process engineering calculations and simulations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated project solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
