Job summary
Dexcom Inc. is seeking a senior process development engineer to own the design, qualification and scaling of biosensor fabrication processes from concept to pilot and into full production at our San Diego facility.
You will lead cross-functional teams, develop DOE plans, apply signal processing concepts, and partner with vendors to advance coating and laser-cutting technologies while ensuring robust process capability and documentation.
Qualifications
- Typically requires a technical degree with extensive related experience or an advanced degree with substantial industry exposure.
Responsibilities
- Own the development and characterization of processes and equipment from concept through pilot to full production.
- Develop and manage project timelines; report updates to leadership.
- Apply biosensing knowledge and signal processing to develop sensor fabrication processes and DOEs.
- Lead cross-functional teamwork and coordinate with vendors for equipment integration.
- Create tests, plans and reports documenting feasibility activities and capability analyses.
