Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Process Automation Expert to identify inefficiencies, design scalable automation, and drive AI‑enabled workflow improvements for Nestlé USA teams.

You will lead cross‑functional automation initiatives from discovery to sustainment, establishing standards and measurable value while ensuring security and governance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in process improvement, automation delivery, digital transformation, business analysis, or operational excellence, including leading cross‑functional initiatives.
• 5+ years hands‑on experience with automation technologies (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Platform) including workflow orchestration, APIs, scripting, or integration.
• 3+ years applying AI‑enabled automation concepts (document intelligence, NLP, GenAI workflows, decision‑support automation).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Lead discovery, framing, and prioritization of automation opportunities based on impact and complexity.
• Design scalable automation solutions using RPA, workflow orchestration, APIs, data integrations, and GenAI-enabled patterns.
• Oversee design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare of automation solutions with security and compliance.
• Establish reusable playbooks, criteria, standards, and sustainment models for delivery at scale.
• Define success metrics and track hours saved, cycle time, quality, and risk mitigation.
• Support change management and adoption through training and feedback loops.
