Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a leader to oversee Commercial advanced analytics and AI/GenAI strategy, acting as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and IT & Digital teams.

You will guide technical teams on business requirements, drive data-driven decision-making, and lead a team of analysts and advisors to deliver value across Nestlé's Commercial organization.

This role emphasizes adoption, collaboration with executives, and delivering scalable, high-impact analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/Engineering/Math/Data Science. MBA or advanced degree is a strong plus.
• 7+ years of experience leading teams in a consumer products organization preferred.
• 5+ years with cross-functional leadership translating business needs into technical solutions and driving adoption.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial functions to translate needs into insights.
• Identify and prioritize analytics, AI, and GenAI projects that drive value.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and validate solutions meet needs.
• Lead AI and GenAI solutions with IT & Digital and external partners.
• Drive adoption and ROI measurement for AI initiatives.
