Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a senior leader to oversee Commercial advanced analytics and AI/GenAI strategy. You will bridge commercial stakeholders and IT & Digital teams, guiding use cases from conception to deployment to drive growth and operations efficiency.

The ideal candidate blends a strong data science background with deep commercial/sales knowledge and a proven talent for leading innovative, high-impact analytics programs in a consumer products environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or related field.
MBA or advanced degree is a strong plus.
7+ years partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive adoption.
5+ years leading teams delivering enterprise scale analytics/AI initiatives with strong adoption.

Responsibilities

Lead and translate business requirements into technical specs for advanced analytics and AI/GenAI initiatives.
Oversee development and deployment of AI/GenAI solutions with IT & Digital teams and external partners.
Drive adoption and measurable ROI by aligning solutions to commercial priorities.
Represent Commercial stakeholders in the Data Council to align analytics with enterprise priorities.
Manage a team of analysts and advisors to deliver scalable analytics outcomes across functions.
Ensure testing, governance, and alignment with IT & Digital policies.
