Nestlé S.A. in the United States invites applications for a Process Engineering Specialist in our Technical Applications Group.

You will lead and support machinery maintenance, capability evaluation, training, and process modifications to meet divisional needs for our manufacturing sites. You’ll partner with marketing, R&D, engineering, operations, QA, and procurement to provide technical process support, troubleshoot challenges, and validate equipment or process changes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in food sciences, engineering, or related field with 3+ years of process/product design and engineering experience.
• Willing and able to travel 50-60% to manufacturing sites.
• Experience with consumer products, food, or feed manufacturing.

Aufgaben

• Support continuous improvement of dry pet food production processes and equipment.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal groups (marketing, R&D, engineering, operations, QA, product services, procurement, production, and finance).
• Provide technical process support across multiple manufacturing sites, troubleshooting process challenges, supporting trials, and validating equipment or process modifications.
