Job summary

Nestlé USA’s Digital & IT Automation group seeks a seasoned professional to design and deliver AI-powered automation solutions that transform how Nestlé works, across Purina and Nescafé brands. You’ll partner with business and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and scale capabilities like intelligent agents for end-to-end workflows.

Lead the automation lifecycle, adopt best practices, ensure security/compliance, and champion adoption through training and change

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in process automation, digital transformation, or technology delivery.
2+ years applying AI-enabled automation such as intelligent agents or GenAI-based workflows.
Experience in Consumer Product Goods (CPG) or similarly complex industries preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deliver automation and AI-powered solutions that improve business processes across Nestlé USA.
Identify and translate complex business needs into scalable, well-architected technical solutions with workflow logic and integrations.
Lead delivery across the automation POV lifecycle and continuously improve solutions based on feedback.
