- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in CS, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
- 7+ years partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- 5+ years leading teams delivering enterprise scale analytics and AI/GenAI initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with commercial functions to translate needs into actionable analytics solutions.
- Lead AI/GenAI projects with IT & Digital teams and external partners.
- Drive adoption and measure business impact of analytics initiatives.
- Represent Commercial in the Data Council to align analytics priorities.
