Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Data Science & AI Innovation within Commercial Analytics. You will bridge business stakeholders and IT, guide use cases, and champion advanced analytics, GenAI, and automation initiatives to grow commercial value.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years partnering with stakeholders, strong data science background, and experience scaling enterprise analytics. This on-site role reports to the Director of BI & Data Analytics within the Commercial Intelligence

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree a strong plus.
7+ years partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
5+ years leading teams delivering enterprise-scale analytics, AI, GenAI, and automation.

Responsibilities

Oversee Commercial advanced analytics and AI/GenAI strategy.
Lead liaison between business stakeholders and IT/technical delivery teams.
Identify and prioritize AI/GenAI projects that drive business value.
Drive adoption and ROI through data-driven decision-making across Nestlé's Commercial organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to guide feasibility and prioritization.
