Aligned Data Centers, LLC seeks a Lead Process Auditor to ensure procedural integrity and operational compliance across its critical infrastructure fleet. You will oversee SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs, standardizing them across sites and updating them from incident RCAs, acting as the enforcement arm of the department.

Responsibilities include leading procedural incident forensics during high-severity events, auditing runbooks and CMMS usage, enforcing lifecycle documentation, ensuring vendor and supply

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in QA, compliance auditing, or critical facility operations management.
• Deep understanding of Change Management processes, LOTO procedures, and CMMS.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, ITIL, or similar process-improvement certifications are highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Procedural Incident Forensics: lead the investigation into procedural vectors of the failure during high-severity incidents.
• Proactive Runbook & MOP Auditing: perform site-level audits to ensure adherence to authorized MOPs for high-risk evolutions.
• Mandate Enforcement & Lifecycle Management: control enterprise documentation lifecycle and inject changes into all site runbooks and CMMS.
• Vendor & Supply Chain Compliance: audit third-party vendor execution to ensure SLAs, dosing protocols, and safety standards are met.
• Training & Capability Verification: verify training completion before staff interact with live systems.
