Job summary

Corporate Tools LLC is seeking a Security & Compliance Lead to elevate the security program for the data center. You’ll own policies, incident response, audits, and cross-functional collaboration with IT and facilities to implement strong, practical controls.

The role combines detective work and strategy, with autonomy to act and influence, including crisis response and ongoing risk reduction. Compensation reflects senior expertise and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information systems, computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years in security, compliance, or audit roles within IT infrastructure or data centers.
• Experience managing SOC2, ISO27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, or GDPR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and baseline configurations for the data center.
• Enhance layered physical security systems (CCTV, badge readers, biometrics, alarms).
• Manage 24/7 access controls, including visitor management and vendor accreditation.
• Lead risk assessments and remediation; coordinate audits and maintain audit-ready docs.
