Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Manager for ProAssure Services in the United States. You will lead a team responsible for the on-site and remote administration of Vocera solutions, while guiding hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training to ensure high performance.

You will collaborate with sales, support, and professional services to develop effective Statements of Work and ensure customer success with healthcare IT programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Technology, Business, or equivalent degree.
• Minimum 6 years clinical or healthcare IT (HIT) industry experience.
• 2 years directly leading teams or demonstrated experience mentoring and/or coaching.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead a team of ProAssure Specialists responsible for on-site and remote administration of Vocera solutions.
• Provide direction, growth, and continuous development for the team.
• Collaborate with account managers, clinical managers, support, and services teams.
• Create and monitor processes for consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain relationships with customer sponsors and ensure service delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate on writing and delivering Statements of Work (SOWs) for customers.
• Perform system administration for Vocera solutions including database maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Motivate team and customers through regular communications, calls, site visits and reports.
