Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Manager for ProAssure Services to guide a team of ProAssure Specialists in the remote/on-site delivery of Vocera solutions. You’ll oversee onboarding and training and coordinate with Sales and Services on Statements of Work (SOWs).

The role blends player/coach management with system administration duties, strong customer relationships, and regular reporting. Travel about 30%; US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a health/IT/business field.
• 6+ years clinical or healthcare IT industry experience.
• 2+ years directly leading teams or mentoring.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead a team of ProAssure Specialists responsible for on-site and remote administration of Vocera solutions.
• Provide direction, growth, and continuous development for the team.
• Collaborate with account managers, clinical account managers, support, and services teams.
• Create, implement, and monitor processes to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain relationships with customer sponsors and ensure satisfactory service delivery.
• Collaborate on writing, reviewing, and delivering Statement of Works (SOWs).
• Perform system administration for Vocera solutions including maintenance, operation, training, device management, and troubleshooting.
• Provide regular communications and reports to advise on concerns and progress.
