Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a detail-oriented on-site Print and Mail Operator to manage high-volume production workflows, ensure timely mailings, and maintain data integrity across systems in Philadelphia.

You will operate printers, inserters, and postage systems, perform quality checks, and collaborate with teams to meet daily SLAs while ensuring regulatory compliance and USPS standards are followed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Intermediate computer skills including Word, Outlook, SharePoint and Excel.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with high accuracy.
• At least 1 year of data entry or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and solve issues effectively.
• Willingness to collaborate across teams and departments.
• On-site office work environment.

Responsibilities

• Print and mail production workflows align with daily SLAs and schedules.
• Operate high-volume print, mail, inserter, and postage systems with minimal downtime.
• Monitor print queues and prioritize jobs across multiple systems.
• Perform detailed quality checks for data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Validate outputs against source data and business rules for audit readiness.
• Maintain inventory controls for print materials and consumables.
• Prepare completed mailings for USPS in compliance with regulations.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain flexibility to support peak volumes and deadlines.
• Assist onboarding and training of new employees.
