Covius Services LLC in Phoenix is seeking a Production Operator responsible for the daily output of time-sensitive mail pieces. The role combines machine operation of digital printing and mailing equipment with manual tasks to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.

The position requires high attention to detail, ability to troubleshoot minor printer issues, and strong collaboration with team members to meet SLAs and maintain quality in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in print or mail production environment required.
• Ability to repair minor issues with production printers.

Responsibilities

• Repair minor issues with production printers.
• Prepare and verify daily documentation.
• Monitor and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor supplies and notify Site Manager when low.
• Print, insert, onsert, and ship direct mail packages with QA.
• Scan and release mailbooks.
• Overtime and weekend work as needed.
