Job summary

The Lead Consultant may guide team members, handle escalated issues, and ensure smooth communication across shifts. A high school diploma and 2+ years of experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, expert service to customers across print, signs & graphics and shipping.
• Manage production flow to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Take customer orders, provide pricing information, and recommend FedEx Office products and services.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery of customer orders and assist in training store team members.
