Job summary

SKT, Inc. seeks a Senior Pricing Analyst to lead cost/price proposals for government and commercial bids. You will develop base pay rates, indirect costs, travel and ODC estimates, and write comprehensive Cost Narratives that support price/volume submittals.

You will ensure 100% solicitation compliance, leverage salary data, and crosswalk labor categories to solicitations. Collaboration with HR, BD, and Program Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, economics, finance, accounting or equivalent.
• Master's degree preferred; applicable experience accepted with a master's.
• Minimum five years' pricing/government pricing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of cost/price proposals; develop base pay rates and indirect/ODC costs.
• Ensure 100% compliance with solicitations and provide cost narratives.
• Analyze competitors' bids and prepare price to win strategies.
• Estimate travel, materials, and other direct costs for CONUS/OCONUS work.
• Collaborate with HR, BD, and Program Office; mentor pricing staff.
