Job summary

S&K Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to perform in-depth RFP analysis, identify cost risks, and develop complex pricing models and cost narratives for government and commercial opportunities.

You will lead labor rate development, indirect costs, and competitive analysis while coordinating with leadership and SMEs to deliver compliant proposals. The role requires strong Excel skills, FAR/DFARS knowledge, and a track record in strategic pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting or equivalent is required.
• Master’s degree preferred; relevant experience may compensate.
• Minimum of five years’ pricing experience; three years with a Master’s degree acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of all cost/price proposals with base pay rates and indirect cost estimates.
• Ensure 100% compliance with customer solicitation requirements.
• Develop labor category/rate crosswalks from source data to solicitations.
• Collaborate with BD to align Technical and Cost/Price Volumes.
• Analyze competitors’ bid history and price data for competitiveness.
• Estimate travel, ODCs, material costs with supporting data.
• Support negotiations with offers and counter-offers input from leadership.
• Mentor Pricing leadership to build skills and capabilities.
• Integrate cost data using quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Lead the complete Cost/Proposal Volume with minimal supervision.
