Job summary

Sincerus Global Solutions, Inc. is seeking a pricing analyst to support competitive, compliant pricing for government and commercial opportunities.

You will work with proposals, finance, and operations to build cost models and ensure pricing aligns with objectives and customer requirements. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and knowledge of government contracting pricing practices, translating complex data into actionable insights that support winning proposals and sustainable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting and 2–4 years of cost, pricing, or program controls experience in defense.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain government security clearance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data.
Familiarity with FAR, CAS, DFARS, and pricing data requirements.
Experience with multiple contract types (CP, FFP, T&M).
ERP and cost data extraction proficiency.

Responsibilities

Review RFPs/RFQs, develop cost and pricing models, and establish labor categories and rates.
Analyze customer requirements, market trends, and competition to inform pricing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing with objectives.
Develop and maintain BOEs, CCPD, and Cost/Price Volumes.
Support pricing templates for different contract types.
Interface with DCAA/DCMA during audits and pricing reviews.
Monitor pricing trends and regulatory changes to identify risks.
Assist in contract negotiations and pricing discussions.
