Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring for a Direct Hire Full Time Warehouse Presort Associate 3 in our Phoenix, AZ facility. This role covers lead duties, presort operations, and trainer responsibilities on the 3rd shift, Mon–Fri, 10:00 pm – 6:00 am. Base rate is $20.75/hr with a $1.50/hr shift premium; total pay is $22.25/hr.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in a lead role, strong English, and the ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years' experience in a Lead role.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop and bend up to 80% of the time.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in presort/mail/warehouse operations.
• English proficiency; multi-language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee presort operations and machine setup.
• Assign workers and supervise production.
• Ensure quality per QMS procedures.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations teams.
• Train new employees and support training programs.
