Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in a production/mailing environment or presort setting.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties as required.
• Strong computer literacy: Excel/Access; basic Word, internet and email usage.

Responsibilities

• Organize mail flow on the production floor by assigning workers and assessing mail volumes to meet deadlines.
• Oversee the production workers on the assigned shift and manage interviewing, training, and performance reviews.
• Maintain quality control and ensure Total Quality Management processes are followed.
• Assist in completing required USPS and internal reports and communicate between shifts.
• Suggest improvements to increase equipment efficiency and worker motivation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
