Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing permit and metered mail by reviewing dates, postage, and barcodes.
• Communicate errors and recognize bad barcodes in mail/packages.
• Troubleshoot and remove mail piece jams from machine.
• Monitor mail/package quality prior to processing and before dispatching.
• Understand USPS labels and Matching bin numbers to tray numbers.
• Follow Quality Management Systems to assure output quality.
