Qualifications

• Must possess a CDA, TCC, AA degree in Early Childhood Education or higher credential.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Transcript and documentation to support credentials.
• Experience working with children in an organized setting.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop classroom associates and manage day-to-day operations.
• Plan and implement learning experiences that advance the intellectual and physical development.
• Improve the readiness of children for school by developing their literacy, phonemic, and print awareness.
• Establish and maintain a safe, healthy learning environment.
• Attend team meetings, trainings, and continuing education.
• Follow and enforce regulations and timelines for compliance and documentation.
