Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred, with a minimum of 6 hours of ECE coursework required.
• Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and practices.
• Excellent lesson planning skills with the ability to create engaging activities.
