Learning Care in Illinois is seeking an energetic Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and lead classroom management while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class and build strong relationships with families.

The role emphasizes partnership with families, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth within a supportive childcare network.

Formación

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilidades

• Create and develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation per licensing guidelines.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
