Wee Care Preschool in Chicago is seeking a dedicated Classroom Teacher to shape the educational experiences of our young learners. This role focuses on delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment that supports early development.

You will collaborate with fellow educators, implement play-based activities, and align with our traditional curriculum to promote growth for children aged 3 months to 5 years, while participating in ongoing professional development.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred, with a minimum of 6 hours of ECE coursework required.
• Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and practices.
• Excellent lesson planning skills with the ability to create engaging activities.
• Effective communication with children, parents, and staff.
• Knowledge of child welfare practices and safety regulations.
• Passion for teaching and nurturing young learners.
