Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate, developmentally focused curriculum for preschoolers.
• Create a safe, engaging, nurturing classroom environment that supports development.
• Supervise and guide assistant teachers and classroom aides.
• Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and milestones.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about development and daily activities.
• Maintain compliance with Illinois licensing, health and safety standards.
• Organize circle time, structured play, arts and crafts, and other activities.
