Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire and guide preschoolers in a caring, educational environment. You will create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure a safe, welcoming classroom.

You will manage the classroom, implement the curriculum, and communicate with families to support each child's growth while meeting state requirements and center standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and our childcare center requirements.
• Willingness to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and center success.
