Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom for preschoolers.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum with toddlers consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s progress through various channels.
• Support center goals around enrollment and engagement.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a collaborative environment.
