Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging classroom for young children. You will implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® and guide Infants, Toddlers, or Preschoolers as appropriate, while fostering a love of learning.

Ideal candidates have passion for early education, strong communication with families, and a collaborative approach to supporting enrollment and center goals.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of professional teaching experience required; 1 year preferred.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
• Passion for educating and caring for children.
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents and families.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children as appropriate.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s progress via apps and conversations.
• Support the center’s enrollment and engagement goals by collaborating with staff and leadership.
• Build positive relationships with families and coworkers to foster a collaborative learning culture.
