Job summary

The Learning Experience in the United States is seeking an Experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to create a welcoming, engaging classroom where children learn, play, and grow using the LEAP Curriculum®. This role emphasizes helping children thrive academically and emotionally in a caring environment.

You will communicate regularly with parents via apps and discussions, collaborate with daycare staff to support enrollment and engagement, and participate in ongoing training, tuition reimbursement,

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months (required)
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred)
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and staff

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
• Implement LEAP Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children as appropriate
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Communicate regularly with parents via apps and personal discussions
• Partner with daycare center staff and leadership to support enrollment and engagement
• Build positive relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning atmosphere
