Job summary

The Learning Experience - Lake Wylie is seeking an Experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team. You will create a warm, engaging classroom where children learn through play and exploration, guiding them with our LEAP Curriculum®.

You will communicate with families, collaborate with staff, and contribute to a thriving learning community that supports academic and emotional growth for preschoolers.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of professional teaching experience.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field, or HS diploma with required credentials.
• Passionate about preschool development and family communication.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom for young children.
• Use a growth mindset to inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with infants to preschool.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents via apps and discussions.
• Collaborate with daycare staff to meet enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning environment.
