The Learning Experience is seeking an Experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to create a welcoming, engaging classroom where children learn, play, and grow. You will implement the LEAP Curriculum® across age groups and collaborate with families and staff to support enrollment and development.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred; HS diploma/GED required.
• Ability to create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for young children.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and nurture a love of learning.
• Implement the LEAP Curriculum®, for Infants, Toddlers, or Preschoolers according to each child’s needs.
• Provide a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and milestones.
• Collaborate with daycare staff and leadership to support enrollment and center success.
• Build positive relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning environment.
