The Learning Experience is seeking a Lead Prepper Teacher to guide a dynamic preschool classroom and implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum®. You will nurture and educate children across infancy to preschool ages, fostering growth and curiosity in a caring, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in early childhood education (ECE) or related field.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom for young children.

• Implement L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with infants to preschoolers per child needs.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment where children learn and play.
• Communicate with parents regularly via apps and discussions.
