Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ experience managing a precast concrete manufacturing plant.
• Lean manufacturing techniques implemented.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production planning and staffing for precast operations.
• Track metrics, troubleshoot issues, and control costs.
• Lead continuous improvement and change management.
• Analyze production data to boost efficiency and quality.
• Ensure safety programs and OSHA compliance.
