Job summary

Rinker is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily concrete production operations and lead the plant team to meet schedules and specifications.

You will coordinate with maintenance, scheduling, and engineering to optimize processes, while enforcing safety and quality. 3–5 years of supervision in construction-related production is preferred, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Required: undergraduate degree preferred and 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in production management for concrete or similar industries is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with a positive, collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily concrete production operations and schedule adherence.
• Supervise staff, enforce safety protocols, and maintain quality standards.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Coordinate raw material deliveries and inventory control.
• Communicate effectively with all teams to ensure seamless plant operations.
